Sermkhun Kunawong
as a Founder of Bangkok Sculpture Center

Sermkhun Kunawong founded Bangkok Sculpture Center in 2004 which was a non-profit private organization, established to promote Thai art. The center was privately funded and in the corporate social responsibility of the CMO group. This center was a sculpture museum and learning center, the display area gathered art pieces from the ancient Buddhist art era to the present time. The collection showcased remarkable sculptures with more than 200 art pieces located in Nuanchan Soi 56 covering a utility area of 4,000 sq.m. and Bangkok Sculpture Center branch was at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre with 48 sqm. for promoting and supporting Thai sculptures without admission fee.  Currently, the Bangkok Sculpture Center has ceased operations.  The entire private collection has moved to be exhibited with the collection of the Kunawong House Museum.
